2026 CCIA Supershow Competition
Terms & Conditions (in addition to our normal booking T&Cs)
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions, in addition to Holiday Haven’s normal Terms & Conditions (www.holidayhaven.com.au/booking-terms).
Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
- Not open to Holiday Haven or Shoalhaven City Council employees, their immediate families, or affiliated agencies.
- The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of breaching conditions or engaging in misconduct.
Promotional Period
- Begins 28 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 4 May 2026.
How to Enter
- Subscribe to the Holiday Haven newsletter via the MailChimp form at the Supershow during the Promotional Period.
- One entry per person.
- Entries are considered received once recorded in the Promoter’s MailChimp database.
- The Promoter may determine the identity of the entrant in case of dispute.
Prizes
- 1 Major Prize: $500 accommodation voucher to spend at any Holiday Haven park (subject to availability). Must complete stay before 1 October 2026.
- 12 Mini Getaways: There are twelve (12) individual prizes, each consisting of a $150 voucher for the use at one of the 12 Holiday Haven parks. One (1) voucher will be allocated to each park. Winners will be drawn in order, and each will be assigned to a specific park based on a north to south order of draw. The park assigned to each winner is final and cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for another park. Must complete stay before 30 June 2027.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-changeable and not redeemable for cash.
- Winners will be contacted within 3 business days of the competition being drawn.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
Prize Conditions
- Bookings subject to availability and must be made and stay completed before the specified date (see above).
- Winners cover any additional costs.
- Guests must be over 18 and comply with these terms.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Unused portions are forfeited.
Draw Details
- Draw held at 11am AEST on Wednesday 13 May 2026 at 36 Bridge Road, Nowra NSW.
- Winners drawn randomly in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
- Winners will be notified via email by 5pm AEST on or before Saturday 16 May 2026. Winners must respond by 5pm AEST on Wednesday 20 May 2026.
- If a winner doesn’t respond, another may be selected.
Cancellation or Amendment
- The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues or force majeure events.
Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used for the promotion and marketing purposes, in line with Holiday Haven’s Privacy Policy.
- Entrants may opt out or request changes to their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Entrant Responsibility
- By entering, participants release Holiday Haven from liability related to participation, prize use, or breaches of these terms.
Conduct
- Entrants agree to abide by these terms.
- Misconduct, tampering, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification.
- Prize winners and guests must behave appropriately; non-compliance may lead to prize forfeiture.
Legal
- Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Australian law applies; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
