Travel safety information

At Holiday Haven the health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and all who visit our properties are of utmost importance.

Please be advised as directed by the Australian Federal and NSW State Government:

ALL HOLIDAY HAVEN PARKS ARE NOW CLOSED TO LEISURE TRAVEL

Holiday Haven Parks will only be open for essential guests:

  • Permanent Residents (including in residence Managers and Staff)
  • People as an interim accommodation option where the primary residence is not available
    • Bushfire victims
    • Travellers who are unable to get home
    • Travellers who have no fixed address to return too
  • Workers in the Shoalhaven

For guests staying with us before 30 June 2020 for leisure, we are offering the following flexibility to our existing policies:

  • All guests travelling before 30 June 2020, have a choice to either:
    • A credit voucher to be used within 12 months of the current arrival date, or
    • A full refund (currently for stays up to 30 June 2020)

For guests staying after the 30 June 2020, normal booking terms and conditions apply, however we will continue to monitor this situation on a daily basis and any updates to policies will be provided on this page.

Easter Bookings

All guests staying at any Holiday Haven Park this Easter, have the offer to:

  • A credit voucher to be used within 12 months of the current arrival date, or
  • A full refund
  • Rebook the same cabin/site for the Easter period 1 to 5 April 2021 &
    • Either transfer full payment from the cancelled booking to the new booking, or
    • Transfer 1st night deposit from the cancelled booking to the new booking and refund the remaining amount

For Holiday Van Owners

All Holiday Van Owners will be denied access to their holiday van unless they meet the above criteria. Any non-compliance with these restrictions will result in a breech of your occupancy agreement. Fees are being looked at by Management.

We are actively monitoring the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates released from the World Health Organization and Australian Government Department of Health and will continue to respond based on the best advice provided.

Should you be experiencing any symptoms of the virus, or if you have returned from an overseas destination in the 14 days prior to your arrival date at a Holiday Haven Park, we ask that you notify park management.

We encourage guests who are staying or have recently stayed in a Holiday Haven Park and may have been in contact with a known case of Coronavirus prior to their stay to notify us.
