What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 2pm on day of arrival. Check out is 10am on day of departure. Please check with reception regarding early check ins and late check out availability.
Are you dog friendly?

Do you allow late arrivals?
Yes, we do. But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access.
Do I need to book before I arrive?
We do accept walk-ins, however, it is advisable to book in advance.
What is the minimum night stay?
This will vary depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. Christmas period is a minimum 7 night stay across all 12 holiday parks. Easter and October long weekend is a minimum 4 night stay.
Do you offer a seniors discount?
Each park offers either a seniors discount or seniors rate, this can be confirmed with staff when booking. Please note that the senior’s discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or discount.
Do you allow camp fires?
Currently this is subject to park management’s discretion.
Do your parks have a camp kitchen?
All our holiday parks offer communal kitchen facilities for holiday park patrons.
Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?
Yes, we have both washing machine and dryer facilities available for holiday park patrons. Payment is via Eftops – please note, coins are no longer accepted.
Do you provide dump points in your holiday parks?
We provide dump point facilities for holiday park patrons.
Is linen supplied in cabins?
Linen is supplied for all beds in our cabins. The main bed is made up. All additional beds in the cabin have a pillow/pillow slip, two single flat sheets, blanket and bath towel provided.
Do you have internet access?
Yes, limitations apply. Please note while we offer FREE Wifi to all our guests, due to the nature of our location, demand, and other factors that may affect connectivity, speed and availability are limited. Instructions to connect to our Wifi are provided with your check-in information.
Do you allow children to ride bikes and scooters in the park?
Yes, we allow bikes and scooters in our parks, all riders must wear a helmet. No riding is permitted once the street lights turn on.
