Membership Terms & Conditions

1. This membership entitles the holder to a discount of 10% up to a maximum of $40 at each Holiday Haven Tourist Park per stay.
2. The membership benefits do not apply to permanent, annual, and corporate bookings and charges.
3. Discount is not valid during peak times (visit our Bookings Terms page for peak times) 
4. Bookings made through agents or other intermediaries, such as third-party booking (i.e. Expedia / Booking.com, etc.) sites are not eligible for the Holiday Haven Membership Saving.
5. In order to claim the membership saving, a valid membership number must be held at the time of booking and must be presented upon check-in.
6. The membership saving is not available in conjunction with, or in addition to, any other discount or saving offer by Holiday Haven or any other person unless otherwise agreed by Holiday Haven Tourist Parks.
7. Late check-out is subject to availability.
8. Membership does not guarantee accommodation availability at any Holiday Haven Tourist Park.
9. The membership is only valid for the person named as the owner of the membership and is not transferrable or refundable. The membership saving is exclusive to the person named as the member and cannot be used for subsequent bookings on the same dates.
10. The membership saving cannot be converted into cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.
11. Upon registration, each member must pay an initial membership fee, to be determined by Holiday Haven from time to time. As of the date of these terms, the initial membership fee is $20.
12. Membership shall remain current and valid from the date of registration for a period of two (2) years and may only be used during the period that membership is current.
13. A member must not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without the prior written consent of Holiday Haven. Holiday Haven may assign or transfer the rights or obligations under these terms at its absolute discretion.
14. Holiday Haven Tourist Parks may:
a. Change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice,
b.  Change the benefits at any time without prior notice,
c.  Suspend or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
15. Holiday Haven Tourist Parks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership if it reasonably believes that the member has breached these terms and conditions.
16. A member may terminate their membership at any time by notice in writing to Holiday Haven Tourist Parks, PO Box 42 Nowra, NSW 2541, or info@holidayhaven.com.au
17. Holiday Haven respects the privacy of members and will only deal with personal information in accordance with the Holiday Haven Privacy Policy which is available on the website, holidayhaven.com.au/privacy-policy
