Booking Terms

Holiday Haven Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum 4 adults per cabin/site
  • Persons under 18 (or persons on their behalf) are not permitted to make reservations. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted as guests in the park.
  • Infants – 0 to 5 years
  • Children – 6 to 17 years
  • Adults – 18 years +
  • Park management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
  • 1 car space is allocated per site booked. Additional vehicles must be parked in allocated visitor parking or outside the park.
  • One (1) tent/ caravan/ camper trailer per site.
  • Any additional structure requires Park Manager permission.
  • All damages to park property will be charged to the client’s credit card.
  • There is no smoking permitted in park accommodation or other buildings, including on cabin decks and building verandas.
  • All bookings placed will be accepted in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders. If making a booking at A Holiday Haven Park breaches a Public Health Order, this booking will be cancelled. 
  • Booking during Peak Season or travelling with a dog: please refer to the sections below.

Dog Policy

  • Dogs are permitted at selected Holiday Haven Parks, outside of school holidays, peak and shoulder periods. Click here to view our dog-friendly parks and booking terms.

Booking Periods

Peak Season:

  • October Long Weekend  03-06 Oct 25
  • Easter 17-22 Apr 25
  • Christmas/ New Year 24/25 Peak season start dates vary between parks. Please check with specific park for dates.
  • Minimum night stays may apply during certain times, please check with park management.
  • Low Season and shoulder season may vary from park to park. please check with park management for exact dates.
  • Sites/Cabins are booked from 2pm (check in) on the day of arrival until 10am (check out) on the day of departure unless otherwise stated or arranged prior with park management, fees may apply.

Payment and Deposits

  • Guest credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings. Visa and Mastercard surcharge 0.5%.
  • Payment plans are available for purchases over $200.00. Click here for more details. 
  • Bookings are not transferable to other persons.
  • A deposit of at least one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking for all bookings made outside 30 days of arrival.
  • Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all off-peak stays to confirm the booking.
  • Peak October Long Weekend – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. The full amount must be paid by 1 September.
  • Peak Summer Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. 50% of tariff to be paid by 1st August. Balance must be paid in full by 1 November.
  • Peak Easter Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. 50% of Balance to be paid by 1 September. Full amount to be paid by 1 March.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of $50 for cabins & $20 for sites will apply to all bookings.
  • Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will apply to all bookings.
  • Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply to all bookings.
  • Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.
  • Park Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings
  • Pricing is subject to change.
  • Guest credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings.
  • Visa & Mastercard credit card surcharge of 0.5% applies to this payment option.

Additional Fees and Charges

  • Site Extras – $10 per night applies to boats, extra vehicles and trailers. Subject to availability.
  • Dog Cleaning Fee – A fee of $40 will be charged on all dog-friendly cabin bookings.
  • Cleaning Fee – A minimum of $160 will be charged if the cabin/site is left in unsatisfactory condition upon departure.
  • Late Departure – subject to availability and prearrangement with park management. Fees may apply.
  • Day Visitors – $10 per day per person.

  • Valid 1 May to 31 August at all Holiday Haven Parks
  • Excluding June Long Weekend 2025
  • Excludes Huskisson Beach and White Sands 25th – 27th July
  • Subject to availability. 
  • 30% offer applies to stays of 2 consecutive nights or more; discount available Monday to Sunday.
  • Discount available to Holiday Haven members and non-members.
  • Free membership renewal for expired members and free membership upgrade for non-members**
  • Maximum amount discounted capped at $1000.
  • Not valid with any other offers, discounts or vouchers.
  • Discount and booking not transferable. 
  • One discount per booking only.
    *Excluding June Long weekend at all Holiday Haven parks, as well as the Beer & BBQ Festival at Huskisson Beach 25th – 27th July
    **Free Holiday Haven membership and free renewal for non-members and expired members for 2 years. Membership cannot be used if taking advantage of the 30% Winter special. Maximum saving on free membership is $40.
