Jervis Bay Maritime Museum and Gallery

The Jervis Bay Maritime Museum features a world renowned collection of maritime artefacts and navigational and surveying instruments. The Museum exhibits a range of nautical equipment, models, photographs, paintings, drawings and objects relating to the history and heritage of the Jervis Bay area.

The museum also has a number of exhibition spaces which house changing art, craft and heritage based shows.

The Museum is home to the historic Lady Denman ferry and other historic vessels.

Nowra Aquatic Park

Nowra Aquatic Park is set on the banks of the beautiful Shoalhaven River in central Nowra.

Huskisson Pictures is located in the seaside town of Huskisson, on the shores of Jervis Bay.

Movies have been screened there since the early 1950s to the present, with major renovations in 1990 seeing the building constructed into a permanent cinema. The exterior has been left as original as possible, adding to the charm of the cinema.

Booderee National Park

Booderee National Park is a place of outstanding natural beauty located at Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast.

Booderee is an Aboriginal word from the Dhurga language meaning 'bay of plenty' or 'plenty of fish'. Booderee is owned by the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community and has always been a significant place for Koori people. Please care for the land and waters as this is a very special place.

Booderee offers a wide range of activities. Learn about Koori culture and traditional foods through Booderee's Aboriginal interpretive program. Enjoy a wide range of walks, surf at Cave Beach or swim amongst the fish in the tranquil waters of Green Patch Beach. The historic Cape St George Lighthouse is the perfect location for whale and bird watching.

Dolphin Watch Cruises

Dolphin Watch Cruises - the most experienced cruise company in Jervis Bay, operating for over 25 years, who have now won more then 25 tourism awards.

Jervis Bay is home to 120 resident bottlenose dolphins who live inside Jervis Bay all year round. The average sighting rate for dolphins is 99 per cent. Dolphin cruises are available all year round.

Whale season is mid May to late November and you can see humpbacks, southern right, minke, as well as seals, penguins and albatross.

The Huskisson Market is a monthly market with something for everyone, right in the heart of the seaside town. They are held on the sporting ground adjacent to the Huskisson Bowling Club, on the second Sunday of each month.

You'll find live plants, unique arts and crafts, fresh produce, bric-a-brac and much more.

Shoalhaven Zoo
