So, since we’ve spent so much time behind closed doors in recent months, let’s remind you of some of the doors that will now be open to you*…

TENT, CABIN & VAN DOORS

That’s right – our 12 Holiday Haven Parks have been busy spraying CRC on the boom gates and getting everything ready to welcome guests once more. And whether your accommodation choice involves a metal, timber or zipped door, you’ll be enjoying some of the best locations and facilities on offer. From Lake Conjola to Lake Tabourie, Culburra to Currarong and everything in between, it’s the perfect base for your long-awaited escape!

SHOP DOORS

Ding-a-ling-ding! Our local store owners cannot wait to hear that sound more often this summer, as visitors to the region stock up on local delights, essentials and the odd bargain. Whether it’s quirky specialty stores, delicious treats or a handmade art piece or three, our delightful small towns are a great place to spend a while and spend a dollar or two.

CAFE/RESTAURANT DOORS

Roll up, roll up! Holidaying is hungry work, and the Shoalhaven’s chefs have been busy preparing a mouth-watering selection for you to sample. From seaside dining to alfresco cafe vibes and even a search for the tastiest pie. And if vegan or vegetarian is your jam, check out our special trail. Bon apetit!

CELLAR DOORS

Need something to wash all that food down? Then you’re in luck, with a veritable variety of vintner’s delights across our many local wineries and breweries. From the popular estates of Silos and Cupitt’s to Bawley Vale, Cambewarra and Coolangatta. Or soak up the intimate setting at Two Figs, enjoy a gin at Tara distillery or head off the beaten track for a sneaky sip at the wonderfully named Flamin Gallah brewery. A toast, to letting the good times roll!

Everything you visit today owes some part to what came before, and the Shoalhaven offers many thoughtful and impressive reminders of our heritage.
